Widespread Rain, Thunderstorms Expected; Potential for Isolated Flooding

Ahead of a cold front that will move through the area, we are expecting widespread rain and thunderstorms tonight and much of the day Tuesday. Rainfall will be locally heavy, and could be enough for some isolated flooding. The widespread nature of clouds/rain will limit the overall severe threat, but a few storms may still produce damaging winds or large hail.
